Our experienced CNC operators produce components for all our business areas and also fabricate according to customers’ drawings and specifications.
We machine advanced components with high demands for precision and accuracy – from prototypes to large production runs. We specialize in challenging materials such as Inconel, Titanium, Duplex, and Super Duplex, but work with virtually all raw materials. With our own material stock, we can respond quickly to customer needs, and for non-stock or forged materials we have established supplier agreements ensuring short delivery times.
Our CNC machining department allows us to deliver everything from custom-designed components to fully functional prototypes developed in close collaboration with customers. The combination of flexibility, experience, and precision shortens development time and provides better solutions – whether for small-scale or large-volume production.
Quality is central to everything we do. Our dedicated quality controller and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) ensure precise documentation of all measurements, with tolerances down to 0.001 mm. Our quality goal is clear: Zero customer-reported deviations.
